-Shipping-
All items are ready to ship and mail out within 2-3 business days of order, unless they are a made to order items, in which those depending on my custom lineup can take 1-3 weeks for shipment. I mail all items through the United States Postal Service.
All orders over $50 receive will free first class US mail shipping and if you would prefer your items delivered quicker you can select US Priority at buyers expense.
Oversea orders are mailed in the appropriate fashion and please be aware you may have to pay customs fees, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. These fees are set by your government and are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information, please contact your local customs office or postal service.
*European Buyers*
Due to VAT laws I am unable to accept orders under €150. If you would like to make purchases and it’s less than this total, please contact me for inquiries to other ordering options. If your total is over the minimum of €150 then you may place order but please understand you are expected to pay your taxes in your home country for purchase. Delays may occur and I am not held accountable for lost/damaged or held parcels in customs.
-Customs-
Generally I take on around 3-5 customs per month, once I have met my capacity I can add you to the next months customs. With customs there will be much communication in selecting stones and layout and getting to know your preferences. Full to partial payments can be set up before I begin your custom piece. Generally I will not accept customers personal stones or materials unless in special circumstances. You can view many of my past works on my Instagram page for reference of my styles and designs. I do not and will not copy other artists works, but if you want, say an owl pendant set with a moonstone in just a certain fashion that I can do. If you have any questions or have an interest in something special please just message me. All customs are non refundable due to the amount of time and effort that is made into making these special pieces.
-Jewelry Care-
Handcrafted jewelry is something to be worn and enjoyed, and with care it can be passed down to next generations. My pieces are all lovingly made from solid sterling silver, fine silver, semi precious stones and occasional gold.
Most all my pieces carry a patina I add on for definition in details and which add character to a piece. I only recommend mild soaps and gentle cleaners for when your pieces need a clean up. A soft head toothbrush and bar of soap with some warm water are all you honestly need to clean with.
For when your pieces may lose some of their luster and shine I recommend a jewelry polishing cloth, such as Sunshine to bring back the shine in your piece.
It is not recommended to wear jewelry in pools, hot tubs and such or during heavy laboring. These activities can cause discoloration and or permanent damage to jewelry.
When not wearing your pieces, they should be stored in a low moisture and dark area to prevent tarnish and stone discoloration. Stones such as turquoise are very susceptible to changing hues from skin oils and to exposure of sunlight. A jewelry box or even small zipped plastic bags are great to prevent these things from occurring.
-Refunds-
Respectfully, refunds are no fun on either end and I try my utmost to make sure listings are detailed and well pictured, so if uncertain on anything please ask before purchasing.
All customs, earrings and sale items are non refundable. For the rest you must contact me within 2 days of marked delivery and returns are to be made at expense of buyer. Once item has safely returned and is in the exact same conditions as I mailed them I will then initiate a refund on item price.
Due to the nature of handcrafted there may be slight flaws or irregularities in pieces but these mostly add character and that unique handmade quality to jewelry. Same can go for semi precious stones, there may be natural flaws or pitting in materials due to the nature of there formation and or cut. I stand behind my works and if there is a fabrication damage that makes piece unwearable please contact me immediately with problem and with picture of damage. After 30 days I cannot accept any returns.
All items are checked and and packaged securely to prevent damage during the shipment process. I cannot be held accountable for damages or loss of mail once item is shipped out, please contact your local post office for tracking concerns and such. I keep track of all package tracking till date of delivery to keep informed myself of package travel. You may even request added insurance on items, at buyers expense to safe guard in case of mailing accidents.
