Here’s a fancy little ooak beauty to adorn yourself with!
From her stunning solid Australian mined Crystal Pipe Opal, to the fabulous rippled texture from cuttlebone casting and to finish her off, I’ve added 14k gold accents to sides for an elegant touch.
All solid handcrafted and cast sterling silver ring set with 14k recycled gold balls. Stone is an all natural and solid Crystal Pipe Opal mined in Australia, with a pale violet opal base and shots of pinkish/red and green fire.
Stone set in a thick walled bezel with a hand carved prong setting. Stone is approximately 6mm by 8mm oval form with a slight angled surface. Band is from a cuttlebone casting I poured molten silver into and cut out for a tapered ring shape, texture from cuttlebone is an organic rippled line detail unique to the cuttlebone. From top of ring band it measures right at 11m and tapers down sides to 1.5mm. Ring is a nice thick design and is a size 8.5 but could fit slightly up or down due to the rounded and tapered sides.
Patina is added for definition in detail and finished off with a polish for shine.
